Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a senior I/S Analyst to lead Epic module implementations and enhancements across clinical and business domains. You will coordinate upgrades, mentor junior staff, and partner with departments and vendors to deliver cost-effective, compliant solutions.

Candidates should have EPIC/EMR experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex projects in a hospital setting. This on-site role is based at Greenville Memorial Hospital within ITS Community Connect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services or related field; master's preferred.
• Five years of EPIC or integrated EMR experience in a healthcare setting.
• Epic certification in assigned module is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of Epic modules implementation and upgrades.
• Analyze clinical, business and technical processes and propose system improvements.
• Mentor and train Junior analysts in Epic configurations and project work.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to manage project timelines.
• Serve as primary liaison for Epic-related communications and status updates.
• Ensure data integrity and testing before deployment.
