Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a dedicated Epic Analyst to analyze workflows and translate department needs into Epic configurations. You will assist in design, development, and implementation of Epic applications, while supporting end users and training delivery.

Preferred Epic Radiant Certification with experience in Epic and related information technology applications. You will collaborate with the ITS Procedural Systems team to ensure successful deployment and ongoing system optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information services, health administration, business administration, health sciences or related field of study.
• Two (2) years of Epic or integrated EMR experience.
• Epic Modules Certification as required by the position (listed)

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and data within Epic to meet department needs.
• Translate department requirements into functional requirements for Epic configurations.
• Assist with design, development, and implementation of Epic applications and training of end users.
• Collaborate with team and customers to ensure effective deployment of Epic solutions.
