Job summary

Premier Health is seeking an Epic Analyst - Community Connect to optimize and support Epic Ambulatory/Professional Billing systems, improving workflows and care team collaboration.

In this full-time role you will participate in planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvements, while collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational teams to deliver reliable, user‑friendly digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree with Epic experience or Bachelor Degree with Epic experience.
• Experience implementing clinical/healthcare information systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing and implementing approved change requests within SLAs.
• Responds to system incidents and provides user support to correct and prevent recurrence.
• Leads or contributes on projects, provides estimates for complex work.
• Mentors other programmer analysts and shares knowledge.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Researches and understands Premier Health IT policies and practices related to change management and incident handling.
• Delivers cost-effective solutions with high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluates software and hardware and makes improvement recommendations.
