Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst - Ambulatory to lead design, configuration, and deployment of Epic in ambulatory settings. You will translate clinical requirements into technical specs and drive documentation, testing, and collaboration across matrixed teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Epic environments, EpicCare Ambulatory certification, and strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution.
• Experience in test planning, execution, and test-case development.
• Knowledge of clinical applications and healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Epic environments.
• Lead discovery calls and provide Level of Effort.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead documentation for discovery and implementation.
• Define future state workflows and gap analyses.
• Collaborate with project managers on tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance.
