Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst - Ambulatory to lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of Epic environments. You will collaborate with clinical and IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role requires five years of related experience and EpicCare Ambulatory certification, with a focus on strong analysis, testing, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical applications and healthcare IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Epic environments.
• Lead discovery calls and provide Level of Effort.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Create and fulfill EHR use cases, identify business and functional requirements and translate to technical specifications.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined.
• Work with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Support execution of vendor upgrades and environment maintenance procedures.
• Participate in analysis of current state processes and collaborate with users to create future state processes.
• Identify and document process and data gaps.
