Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst - Ambulatory to lead Epic environment builds, design sessions, and requirements translation. You will work with business leaders and IT to ensure accurate specifications, documentation, and future-state workflows, supporting large healthcare IT projects.

The role requires Epic Ambulatory experience and certification, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to bridge technical and nontechnical teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution.
• Previous application configuration experience.
• Experience in test planning & execution, test case development, and meeting project quality requirements.
• Experience working on large projects; strong knowledge of clinical applications and healthcare IT.
• Understanding of configurable applications and monitoring practices.
• Analytical, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bridge communication among technical and nontechnical project staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Epic environments.
• Lead discovery calls and provide effort estimates.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Translate requirements/workflows into technical specs with IT support.
• Document discovery and implementation; define future state workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance.
• Analyze current state processes to design future workflows.
