Job summary

The role requires EpicCare Ambulatory certification, five+ years of related experience, and strong communication within matrix teams.
Qualifications
- Strong experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution.
- Previous application configuration experience.
- Test planning & execution, test case development, and quality requirements.
- Experience on large projects and healthcare IT industry knowledge.
- Understanding of configurable applications and monitoring practices.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Epic environments.
- Lead discovery calls and provide level of effort.
- Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
- Translate requirements and workflows to technical specifications.
- Lead documentation for discovery and implementation.
- Define future state workflows with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers on tasks and estimates.
- Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance.
