Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution for PV, battery storage and high voltage projects. You will coordinate with schedulers and stakeholders across business units and mentor junior staff.

This role is remote with periodic travel to job sites in Arizona and New Mexico. You will attend meetings, perform what-if analyses, ensure CPM best practices, and maintain delay logs and contract information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
• High proficiency using P6 software is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers, supporting their development.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form EPC schedules and perform quantity take-offs.
• Attend project meetings and update schedules bi-monthly with actuals.
• Maintain delay logs and contract information, including LD exposure.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, and field teams.
• Provide what-if analyses for changing conditions and drive schedule mitigation.
