Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution, ensuring realistic durations and critical path clarity. You will mentor junior schedulers and coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, and field teams to align work sequences.

This role is remote with periodic travel to job sites in Arizona and New Mexico. You will visit sites to understand means and methods, validate schedule assumptions, and

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Prior EPC scheduling experience is required.
• Proficiency with P6 software is required.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction methods.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and oversee their development.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form baseline schedules and durations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management and field teams.
• Attend meetings and communicate schedule updates to teams.
• Maintain delay logs and ensure schedules follow CPM best practices.
• Lead internal and external meetings to mitigate schedule risk.
• Visit job sites to gain understanding of site conditions.
