QDC, a division of Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), seeks an experienced attorney based in Houston, TX to guide and assist on a broad range of legal matters. You will review and negotiate large EPC projects from proposal through execution and support master services agreement renewals with customers.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on issues during execution, and coordinating with Commercial Development, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Formación

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law.
• 5–10 years of legal transactional/commercial experience, including customer contracts and negotiations.
• Minimum of 3 years negotiating contracts in engineering or construction.
• Experience with EPC projects and AIA form contracts preferred.
• Experience negotiating joint venture agreements preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers (EPC, Design-Build, CMAR, MSA, etc.).
• Assist Commercial Development, Supply Chain/Procurement, and Operations groups with contract negotiations with joint venture partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide contract support and advise on contract issues during project execution, including change orders.
• Assist with potential claims, litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Travel to project sites and negotiations as required.
