Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Planner Scheduler to join the Project Management team in Lake Mary, FL.

The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analyzing schedules across the project lifecycle, aligning with proposal, contract, and estimate documents to ensure on-time delivery. You will work with project managers, engineers, EPC contractors, and customers to analyze critical paths, load resources and costs, and provide timely progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of project planning and scheduling in an EPC environment.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and resource-loaded scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain logically linked project schedules.
• Track progress and identify deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular schedule updates and assess performance against milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to identify schedule impacts and mitigate risks.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) data and baseline management.
