Job summary

Blue Energy seeks a seasoned Project Manager / Project Engineer to oversee major sub-projects within a CCGT power plant program. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, permitting, fabrication, and construction from concept to startup, interfacing with BE scope leads, EPC partners, and vendors.

The role requires deep knowledge of project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, with travel to sites and supplier locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EPC projects from design through commissioning.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and supplier locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design, and execution of sub-projects and scope areas.
• Manage full delivery cycle for major owner-supplied equipment packages.
• Ensure schedule adherence and integration; coordinate with BE and contractors.
• Maintain transparent communication via minutes, logs, and schedules.
• Support procurement activities, RFIs, submittals, and material takeoffs.
• Lead team members and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
