Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects in power delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage DB/EPC teams from inception to completion, including pursuit phase.
• Direct engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management activities.
• Administer prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders; ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports; oversee field operations and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to maintain communication and project alignment.
• Mentor junior staff and adhere to internal standards and processes.
