Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an EPC Senior Project Manager in Wisconsin to lead end-to-end delivery of complex energy engineering, procurement, and construction projects. You will drive early development, feasibility studies, and cost estimation while managing multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive EPC experience, and ability to oversee scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality from concept through handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• PMP certification preferred
• 10+ years of progressive EPC project leadership experience
• Experience across feasibility, conceptual design, site assessment, and proposal support
• Travel up to 100% depending on project needs

Responsibilities

• Lead early phases of project development including feasibility studies and cost estimation
• Collaborate with business development and engineering to prepare proposals, estimates, and schedules
• Provide risk guidance during pre-contract award phase
• Lead planning, staffing, and execution of electrical/specialty EPC projects with focus on safety, quality, timeline and budget
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
• Mentor and guide other Project Managers and ensure best practices
• Serve as primary client/contractor/subcontractor liaison and manage stakeholder relationships
• Oversee procurement plans and on-site construction activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
