Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager in Wisconsin to lead projects from proposals through execution, ensuring scope, safety, schedule, and budget adherence for major electrical utility EPC work.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external engineering partners, oversee sourcing and procurement, and guide planning for mobilization and field execution on large regional projects. This role offers strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience with EPC projects in electrical utilities.
• Experience with substation or transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from proposal development through execution and closeout.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners.
• Oversee equipment sourcing, procurement, and supplier alignment.
• Support construction planning and mobilization readiness for field execution.
