Job summary

Faith Technologies in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Controls Manager/SME to lead the project controls team on medium and large projects. You will plan and execute project controls, develop cost and schedule baselines, and coach a team of specialists to ensure performance against the plan.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across project teams are essential as you advance cost control, schedule management, and contract integrity throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years electrical contracting or MEP coordination experience.
• Travel 25–50%.
• Work hours: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; may require additional days to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) for the project execution.
• Plan and organize the setup of project baseline in project controls system, and implement a plan to track against the baseline on a regular basis.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work as defined by the contract.
