Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Lead in Houston, TX to provide technical leadership for major EPC projects and manage staffing, budgets, and execution. The role requires coordinating with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The position emphasizes design excellence, rigorous standards, and strong communication across teams. Travel to sites and factories is anticipated as part of project oversight.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years related experience, with an average experience of twenty (20+) years.
• PE or P.Eng. registration required.
• Domestic and possibly some international travel to visit jobsites and supplier factories.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the electrical discipline on major EPC projects.
• Direct and develop assigned electrical engineering and design personnel.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, procedures, and quality expectations on the project.
• Manage discipline staffing, budgets, and execution performance.
• Interface with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
