• Manage all aspects of project communication with stakeholders.
• Lead RFP package development, bid and scope of work.
• Develop and monitor schedules, manage scope and costs.
• Serve as primary client liaison for coordination, budget, and staffing.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Lead risk reviews with Risk Department and report progress.
• Oversee project controls: cost reporting, scheduling, WBS, progress tracking.
• Monitor progress and drive attainment of schedules and profitability.
