Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years relevant project management experience in construction preferred.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure successful execution of one or more projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, cost development, and objectives.
• Manage client relationships and interface with clients on proposals and project items.
• Coordinate risk reviews, contract negotiations, and subcontracts.
