Job summary

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and field staff while managing risk and contract changes.

The role requires a bachelor degree in a related field and extensive PM experience in construction, strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction, construction management, engineering, program management or related field.
• 13 years relevant project management experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Capable of executing projects and achieving EPC/Program Manager certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime on short notice; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of managers and workers to manage safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and subcontractors.
• Develop client relationships and interface with clients for proposals, estimates, and turnover.
• Oversee risk reviews, contract changes, and coordination with Legal.
• Implement project execution plans for engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Manage project mobilization/demobilization, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Direct procurement, subcontracting, and supplier management; train new team members.
