Duke Energy's Gas Generation PMO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead EPC contractor relationships and oversee performance for a multi-billion dollar program. You will partner with Project Management, Supply Chain, Legal, Construction and Project Controls to drive alignment and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EPC contractor relationships across large programs.
• Strong program management skills covering scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of business accountability for EPC contractor relationships across the Gas Generation Program.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with EPC partners and internal stakeholders to support successful project execution.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Project Management, Construction, and Project Controls teams on contractor performance, issue resolution, commercial matters, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor program-wide EPC performance and identify trends, risks, lessons learned, and opportunities for improved execution.
• Lead efforts to identify and address systemic issues affecting multiple projects, contractors, or workstreams.
• Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance and facilitating effective resolution of commercial and execution challenges.
• Coordinate construction and project performance reporting across stakeholders, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely communication.
• Support development of monthly program reporting, executive dashboards, and governance materials for senior leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews focused on contractor performance, program health, risk mitigation, and execution excellence.
• Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the Gas Generation
