Quanta Power Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to support procurement and supply chain operations across power generation, renewables, BESS, data centers, and infrastructure projects. This mid-level role manages procurement activities, supports strategic sourcing, administers purchase orders, coordinates supplier relationships, and ensures timely delivery for EPC project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or contract administration experience.
• Industrial construction, EPC, power, utility, manufacturing, or infrastructure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure equipment, materials, and services for EPC projects per schedules and budgets.
• Manage RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, purchase orders, contracts, and change orders.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Administer purchase orders from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate with Engineering, PM, Construction, and Project Controls teams to support execution.
