Job summary

The Nuclear Company in Columbia, SC seeks a Procurement Contracts Manager (EPC Projects) to lead the formation and negotiation of complex procurement contracts for the design, construction, and deployment of next‑generation nuclear infrastructure.

You will work closely with legal, engineering, project, and contract administration teams to ensure contracts are commercially sound and aligned with schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7–10+ years in procurement contracts or commercial management.
• Experience supporting EPC projects and negotiating EPC contracts.
• Proven track record in complex contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of procurement contract strategies and templates for major equipment, materials, and services.
• Own negotiation of terms, pricing, risk allocation, and change management per company objectives.
• Oversee contract formation and execution with compliance and close-out.
• Provide commercial support on change orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and project teams to reflect technical requirements.
