Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Contract Administrator, Procurement to oversee the lifecycle of procurement contracts from award through closeout, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with strategic sourcing on nuclear deployment projects.

You will administer contracts, verify documents meet QA standards including 10 CFR Part 21, coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, and project teams, and maintain full traceability across procurement activities. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of contract administration or procurement experience on large capital projects.
• Familiarity with nuclear quality requirements (10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Administer procurement contracts and POs from award through closeout.
• Verify technical and regulatory requirements are defined and met.
• Maintain complete procurement documentation and audit trails.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, and project teams; resolve disputes.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and compliance; support invoicing and budget checks.
