Job summary

Invenergy LLC seeks a Manager on the Construction Contracts team to lead contracting for large renewable energy EPC projects. You will shepherd contracts from scope to execution, ensuring compliance with standards and driving risk-aware decisions across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, safety, and other teams to update forms, create new templates, and monitor contract status while guiding negotiations and ensuring timely completions.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
• 5+ years of project management, construction, and/or contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standard contract documents are consistently and properly used within all RFPs and EPC contracts executed by Invenergy's renewable project management team.
• Guide the preparation of RFPs for EPC contracts.
• Organize contract negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to support timely contract executions for multiple projects.
• Ensure EPC contracts are executed according to industry best practices and in alignment with Invenergy's contract processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, safety, environmental, project controls, and other internal teams to update standard forms of EPC contracts and develop new forms.
