Job summary

You will guide a team of asset managers, drive contract performance, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver profitable outcomes.

Leading customer reviews, negotiating resolutions, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations are core duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, power generation, renewable energy, or related industry.
• Experience managing customer relationships as a primary interface and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with proficient Excel/financial analysis.
• Must be willing to travel up to 20% and able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of asset managers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage a portfolio of assets and provide leadership for assets managed by direct reports.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned customers and lead customer-facing meetings.
• Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and manage risks, disputes, and non-compliance.
• Negotiate resolutions to contractual issues and oversee financial performance and portfolio profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence.
