DESRI Project Management Services, L.L.C. in Houston, Texas, seeks a Senior Manager or Director for EPC Commercial & Delivery to lead strategy, contracting, and execution oversight across solar and BESS portfolios.

Responsibilities span pre‑FNTP through project completion, guiding commercial decisions with cross‑functional teams. The role is a senior commercial leadership position requiring deep EPC exposure and negotiation expertise, with a base salary in the $200,000–$250,000 range plus bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required; PMP preferred.
• 10+ years in EPC contracting, scheduling, and pricing; 15 years preferred.
• Experience progressing through EPC project management to Director level is desirable.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy project delivery and EPC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC strategy, contracting, and commercial oversight across DESRI’s solar and BESS projects.
• Manage pre-FNTP commercial reviews, contract negotiations, pricing, and risk planning.
• Coordinate with Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Legal, and Finance to align scope and risks.
• Represent DESRI in senior external negotiations with EPC providers and suppliers.
• Ensure transition at FNTP and continuation into execution; support change management and claims evaluation.
• Provide escalation point for complex commercial issues and help close out projects.
