Job summary

MasTec seeks a Senior Estimator to lead large conceptual EPC bids and coordinate industry-specific estimating efforts. You will manage bid teams, develop win strategies, assess risks, and ensure compliant, high-quality estimates from bid package to final review.

The role reports to the Estimating Manager in the CE&I segment, with travel up to 25% and a compensation package in the six-figure range, reflecting senior responsibilities and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
• Knowledge of EPC, DB and JV contracting types and experience negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete conceptual estimates for large EPC projects from bid package through final bid review.
• Provide leadership and coordination to estimators in the assigned market.
• Develop winning proposal strategies and risk management approaches.
