Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biological sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible clinical experience in the Electrophysiology field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• High competency in EP Lab procedures.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% during active trial enrollment periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support for clinical research enrollment and procedures in EP therapy area.
• Serve as a technology, protocol and clinical trial procedure expert to stakeholders, physicians, and research personnel.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of clinical sites in the assigned territory; qualify sites and manage start‑up processes.
• Train facility staff on protocol requirements and technology; optimize site performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partners to support EP projects and training.
• Report product issues and troubleshoot with customers and field personnel.
