Job summary

Abbott is seeking an EP Electrophysiology Support professional to provide engineering, sales, educational and clinical support to field staff and physicians. The role emphasizes hands‑on training and acting as a clinical interface between medical community and business.

The position involves regional EP procedural coverage in a lab or OR, travel about 50% and remote work options in the United States. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and vendor credentialing (COVID vaccination may be required)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID‑19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, sales, educational and clinical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health‑care professionals, patients and field sales staff involving EP products.
• Gain foundational knowledge of EP through a structured training program with hands‑on learning.
• Provide regional EP procedural case coverage in an electrophysiology lab and/or operating room setting.
• Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Build and sustain credible clinical relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Command of all EP products, including technical details, software utilization and capabilities.
• Provide engineering, sales and clinical support on the safe and effective use of Abbott EP products.
• Support EP sales representatives through collaboration, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and lead new‑product in‑service trainings and demonstrations.
• Continuously develop engineering, sales and technical skills aligned with the territory strategy.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and maintain knowledge of company and competitor products.
