Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related STEM field with extensive EO/IR experience.
• Deep technical experience with EO/IR sensor development, payloads, and laser tech.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary EO/IR teams and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of EO/IR sensor subsystems to meet mission objectives.
• Develop, mature, and translate customer requirements into hardware/software specs and interfaces.
• Model and analyze EO/IR sensor performance for airborne platforms and validate with lab data.
