Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, Master’s with 3 years, or Ph.D. with 1 year in STEM; more experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance is required.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).
• Experience with EOIR sensors in a team environment.
• Experience in technical computing languages, e.g., Python or Matlab.

Responsibilities

• Support architecture definitions and trade studies for IRAD, CRAD, and execution programs.
• Design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy EOIR sensors.
• Build and maintain physics-based sensor models.
• Develop and quantify performance metrics for system performance.
• Understand data quality and artifact impacts.
• Represent system performance in analytical models.
