Ohio Living is seeking a senior operations leader to manage Environmental Services across a life plan community. You will oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry, supervise staff, and drive capital projects while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

The role requires experience in maintenance/ES operations, HVAC knowledge, and strong leadership. A background in long-term care is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position based in Ohio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
• Two years experience in maintenance and environmental services operations management.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, compressors and generators, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and the internet.

Responsabilités

• Develop departmental operating and capital budgets and maintain within them.
• Oversee capital projects from start to finish and obtain multiple bids.
• Direct Environmental Services including maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and quality assurance.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance management; schedule and assign work.
