Ohio Living seeks a Corporate Manager of Facilities to plan, organize, and direct Environmental Services across our life plan communities. You will oversee maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security where applicable, ensuring clean, safe, and comfortable environments.

Responsibilities include budget development, capital project prioritization, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Five years experience in maintenance and environmental services operations management.
• Experience in a long-term care facility, hospital, or other related medical facility.
• Knowledge of boilers, HVAC and generators, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and the internet.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the environmental services operations at life plan communities, including maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security where applicable.
• Monitor compliance with Life Safety Code, OSHA, and regulatory standards; manage budgets and capital projects.
• Provide training and guidance to staff; develop and maintain policies for maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security.
• Ensure safety and quality assurance through preventive maintenance and regulatory compliance; support emergency/disaster planning.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure resident safety and satisfaction; lead staffing and performance development.
