Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Corporate Manager of Facilities to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Environmental Services Department across life plan communities. You will oversee maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security as applicable, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in compliance with regulations and budgetary standards.

Qualifications

• Five years experience in maintenance and environmental services operations management.
• Knowledge of boilers, HVAC and generators.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Environmental Services operations at life plan communities and manage Directors of Environmental Services.
• Monitor compliance with Life Safety Code and OSHA requirements.
• Assist in capital project prioritization and budget development.
• Ensure unit turnover and capital projects are completed satisfactorily.
• Provide training and guidance to promote quality assurance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree preferred
