Job summary

Waltonwood is seeking an Environmental Service Manager to lead the ES team, coordinate models with Marketing, and ensure safe, attractive communities. You will manage maintenance tasks, oversee technicians and housekeeping, and collaborate across departments to prepare units for new residents.

The role requires 3+ years in ES leadership for similar properties, HVAC safety proficiency, and strong organizational skills. Weekend/holiday coverage and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Environmental Service functions for a similar property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate upkeep of models with Marketing to show high standards.
• Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and alarm systems.
• Ensure community grounds are well maintained and safe.
• Provide direct oversight of Maintenance Technicians and Housekeeping.
• Prepare units for new residents by cleaning, painting and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate records.
