Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year growth plans for the U.S. Environmental Services division.
• Secure new business and expand strategic client relationships across multiple sectors.
• Lead multidisciplinary environmental projects from pursuit through closeout with quality and safety focus.
• Balance internal staffing with strategic use of subcontractors to scale delivery.
