Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer License (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (PG) a plus.
• Strong understanding of state and federal environmental regulations (RCRA, Act 2, CERCLA, CWA, etc.).
• Experience in proposal development, budgeting, and schedule management.
• Proven ability to manage projects safely, supervise technical staff, and develop business opportunities.
• Established clients or contacts in Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Mining, Power, Public Sector, Waste Management, and/or Manufacturing markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage current clients and develop new business for environmental services.
• Lead project teams delivering assessments, subsurface investigations, remediation, and permitting.
• Provide senior direction, QA reviews, and data interpretation for client deliverables.
• Develop proposals and project budgets; oversee subcontractors and safety compliance.
• Drive business development and maintain client relationships with regulators and labs.
