Job summary

CCI Inc. seeks a Director, Environmental Services to lead the U.S. market. This executive role focuses on market development, client relationship growth, and delivering high-quality environmental projects across utilities, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

The Director will build a scalable U.S. team, mentor leaders, and establish a sustainable organizational structure to support long-term geographic and revenue growth while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive environmental consulting experience.
• Experience with federal, state, local, and Tribal Nations.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, Biology, Natural Resources, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary environmental and regulatory projects from pursuit through closeout.
• Coordinate internal specialists, subcontractors, and strategic partners.
• Lead technical review and quality assurance activities to ensure defensible outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction.
• Develop growth strategies and expand strategic client relationships.
• Balance internal delivery capacity with strategic use of subcontractors.
