Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC is seeking an Environmental Scientist III to join our Anchorage/AK team. The role involves collecting, synthesizing, and documenting data from investigated areas, with field support and supervision as needed.

You will mentor junior staff and assist Project Managers on a path toward PM/Technical Advisor roles. Expect opportunities across multiple sites including AK, ID, UT, ME, with emphasis on environmental site investigations, data interpretation, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or environmental science.
• 7-15 years of experience on environmental projects or in an environmental analytical laboratory.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups in accordance with regulatory guidelines and project direction.
• Lead data collection, site inspection/investigation, and evaluation of data for environmental project objectives.
• Prepare technical evaluations of investigated sites using RCRA guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee project documentation across teams.
• Review documentation to ensure permits, plans, reports, licenses meet environmental requirements.
