Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC in Anchorage/Fairbanks, AK (and other U.S. locations) seeks an Environmental Scientist III to lead field investigations, data synthesis, and project documentation.

The role supports Project Managers and mentors staff while advancing toward Project Manager or Technical Advisor responsibilities. You will oversee environmental site investigations, prepare evaluations, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple projects, with field support and team leadership as core

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or environmental science.
• Seven to fifteen years of experience on environmental projects or in an environmental analytical laboratory.
• Familiar with Alaska regulations and federal/state environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups following regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate data collection and evaluation in support of environmental project objectives.
• Prepare technical evaluations using regulatory guidelines (RCRA).
• Provide guidance and oversight to project staff on written documentation.
• Assist with permits, plans, reports, licenses to ensure compliance and restoration.
