Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC seeks an Environmental Scientist III to support field data collection, site investigations, and document preparation from multiple office locations including Anchorage, Fairbanks, Post Falls, and more.

You will mentor staff, lead project planning, and ensure environmental compliance while working toward PM or Technical Advisor roles. A strong background in environmental regulations and data synthesis is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or environmental science is required.
• Seven to fifteen years of experience on environmental projects or in an environmental analytical laboratory preferred.
• Familiar with applicable environmental regulations and driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site inspections, investigations, and environmental cleanups with adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate data collection and evaluation to support project objectives.
• Prepare technical evaluations using regulatory guidelines (e.g., RCRA, NPDES, CWA).
• Provide guidance and oversight to project staff and document preparation.
• Lead project planning, RFP responses, and serve as Deputy PM on select projects.
