Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC is seeking an Environmental Scientist III to join our Anchorage/Fairbanks team, supporting data collection, evaluation, and documentation for environmental site investigations. The role offers mentorship from senior staff and opportunities to progress toward Project Manager or Technical Advisor positions.

You will work with cross-functional teams, supervise field activities, and ensure compliance with state and federal environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or environmental science required.
• Seven to fifteen years of environmental project experience or in a environmental analytical lab.
• Familiar with Alaska state environmental regulations and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, investigations, and assist in project documentation.
• Support field data collection and evaluation to meet project objectives.
• Prepare technical evaluations of investigated sites using regulatory guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to project staff and communicate findings clearly.
• Lead project planning, RFP responses, and serve as Deputy PM on select projects.
