Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC in Alaska is seeking an Environmental Scientist III to join our team, working from Anchorage or Fairbanks and supporting field operations across multiple sites. You will collect, synthesize and document data from investigated areas and assist in project documentation.

You will mentor project staff, lead planning and RFP responses, and ensure regulatory compliance. A strong background in environmental regulations and field experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or environmental science.
• 7–15 years of environmental project or laboratory experience.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to pass drug/background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site inspections, investigations, and cleanups per regulatory guidelines.
• Provide guidance to project staff and mentor junior team members.
• Lead project planning, RFP responses, and client communications.
• Prepare technical evaluations and review permits/reports.
• Develop data visualizations and summaries from site data.
