Are you an experienced Environmental Scientist, Engineer, or Geologist looking to make a real impact? At Tasman Inc., we are seeking a Senior Environmental Scientist to play a key role in our remediation programs, groundwater treatment projects, and environmental site assessments.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and oversee environmental sampling programs (air, soil, groundwater).

Operate field equipment, direct contractor activities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Coordinate site assessments and remediation system installations.

Analyze groundwater, soil, GPS, and air quality data to guide project decisions.

Prepare detailed reports, figures, maps, and analytical data summaries.

Provide expert recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring high-quality project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Geology, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in environmental science, remediation, engineering, or geology.

Strong time management and communication skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Proven ability to mentor junior staff and oversee field operations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.

Adaptability to shift between field and office responsibilities as needed.
