Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Scientist/Environmental Risk Assessor to support Human Health and Ecological projects within the Environmental Services Group. The role focuses on regulatory compliance for federal, state, and local environmental projects across CDM Smith’s portfolio.

You will collaborate with scientists, geologists, engineers, and toxicologists to advise on project approaches, develop data quality objectives, sampling plans, and risk assessments, and mentor junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline with professional scientist registration/certification OR Master's degree in Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• With general direction, supports site investigations and basic to high complexity analysis and interpretation of site data relevant to human health risk assessments (HHRAs) and ecological risk assessments (ERAs).
