Job summary

Terracon is looking for curious minds to join us as an Environmental Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing subsurface investigations, soil vapor assessments, and remedial actions on behalf of our diverse client base.

This position also involves helping to develop new client relationships and maintaining our existing client base. Our offices are located in Plymouth and St. Paul with a flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret analytical data, reports, and regulations.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers and clients.
• Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with environmental investigation and remediation for industrial clients.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• PE or PG preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation and respond to RFPs/RFQ inquiries.
• Collaborate across service lines for cross‑selling opportunities.
• Manage subsurface investigations and remedial investigations.
• Oversee remediation projects involving soil, groundwater, and vapor.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, equipment, and staffing.
• Lead safety culture and pre‑task planning (IIF).
• Coordinate field personnel, office staff, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with accounting for invoicing and collections.
