Job summary

Terracon is seeking an environmental engineering professional to provide consulting services for a broad array of projects, including environmental site assessments, analyses, and design of plans and specifications. The role emphasizes communicating complex engineering concepts to clients and project teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include field data collection, site visits, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in environmental engineering or related field is expected.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and participate in pre-task planning.
• Provide site testing, data collection and reporting for environmental projects.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and project managers to develop scope of services.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and regulatory correspondence for client projects.
• Supervise field staff including engineers and technicians as needed.
• Interact with clients to communicate project progress and findings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or related degree

Master's degree in Engineering preferred
