Job summary

Terracon seeks an environmental professional to conduct site investigations, assessments and surveys across air, water, soil and materials. You will identify risk and remediation strategies to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and prepare permits and technical documents.

The role includes designing environmental protection plans, overseeing field staff and contributing to proposals for projects such as Phase I/II ESAs, site planning and permitting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field with 3+ years of related experience, or 7+ years without degree.
• Master’s degree preferred and a valid driver’s license may be required.
• Certification in field of expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental site investigations, assessments and surveys for air, water, soil and materials.
• Identify risk and remediation strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare permit applications, risk assessments and technical documents.
