Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Environmental Planning Project Manager to expand CEQA & NEPA services in Southern California. You will collaborate across HDR's Transportation, Resources, Water, BES, Architecture, and Federal groups to develop opportunities, manage and deliver projects, and mentor staff.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, technical capability, and leadership, with responsibilities from planning through close-out and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 10 years related experience and 5+ years PM experience.
• Familiar with Primavera P3/SureTrak and Prolog software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multi-discipline teams across projects.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing meetings.
• Mentor junior and mid-level environmental staff.
